Easy and efficient workflow
With a single touchpoint and ten-minutes of hands-on time, the Genexus Dx Integrated Sequencer starts with purified nucleic acid and automates all remaining steps of the targeted NGS workflow, including cDNA synthesis and library preparation, template preparation, sequencing, data analysis, and variant reporting. The result is an efficient workflow that is easily implemented in a variety of clinical lab settings.
Robust and flexible design
The Genexus Dx Integrated Sequencer features dual-mode software enabling use of the instrument for both diagnostic and research applications. You even have the option to multiplex up to 32 library reactions per run (in increments of four) to maximize throughput, or to analyze individual samples as they come in, to maximize turnaround time.

Ion Torrent Genexus Purification System
The Ion Torrent Genexus Purification System automates nucleic acid extraction, purification, and quantitation on a single platform to provide a consistent and efficient workflow solution for next-generation sequencing (NGS) sample preparation. As part of the Genexus System, the Genexus Purification System integrates with the Genexus Integrated Sequencer to deliver an end-to-end workflow from biological specimen all the way to the report in a single day with just two user touchpoints and 20 minutes of total hands-on time. This automation helps to reduce user variability and ensure tracking of sample information to that final report.

The Ion Torrent Genexus Integrated Sequencer is part of the Genexus System, the first turnkey next-generation sequencing (NGS) solution. Comprised of two instruments, the Genexus Purification System and the Genexus Integrated Sequencer, the Genexus System enables a workflow from biological specimen all the way to the final report with results delivered in as little as a single day*. The Genexus Integrated Sequencer can also be used as a stand-alone instrument to automate NGS library preparation, sequencing, and analysis all on a single platform.
